After you complete basic training and change duty stations, we continue to meet your banking needs. We serve our customers worldwide by mail, phone, ATM, and internet wherever the military sends you.
To open your FREE account, please follow the steps below:
1. Recruit Account Signature Card
Complete the signature card. You will see areas highlighted in grey. Please fill out all highlighted areas. If there will be a second person on the account (joint signer), that person will need to fill out the Joint Account Holder portion of the Signature Card. If there is no joint signer, leave that section blank.
2. Direct Deposit Form
Complete blocks A, B & C on the Direct Deposit Form, and print your name in the Depositor Account Title block. This form will be sent back to you with your Account number in block E.
Please be sure to take this form with you to Basic Training.
3. Fax the Following to 1(580) 354-3821
- Signature card
- Direct deposit form
- DD Form 4: Army | Air Force | Navy | Marines | Coast Guards
- Copy of front and back of a state or federal issued photo ID
- A copy of the joint account holder's photo Id (if necessary)

That's all there is to it! We will get you set up with a completely FREE Checking Account. A Visa CheckCard along with account information will be sent to your residence within 1-2 days!
The pin number for your CheckCard will be sent to your Recruiter’s office at the same time.
