Your ATM CARD from FSNB is connected to two worldwide networks: CIRRUS, the largest civilian network located worldwide and AFFN (Armed Forces Financial Network), located worldwide on all military installations.
ATM and CheckCard transactions denied because of Insufficient funds will be assessed a transaction fee of $1.00 each.
ATM's: There are no additional transaction charges when using your ATM card at any FSNB-owned ATM. If you use an ATM not owned by FSNB you will be charged a transaction fee of $1.25 for each withdrawal, transfer, deposit or balance inquiry. In addition, please note that an ATM not owned by FSNB may impose an additional fee for your use of the machine.
Upon receipt of your signed application you will first receive your ATM Card. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be sent in separate mailing. If you are currently located at one of our FSNB sites, you may receive your ATM CARD and choose your own PIN at the time you open your account. You must know your PIN in order to use your ATM CARD. For security, DO NOT write your PIN on your ATM CARD.
