Thank you for your interest in a FSNB Visa Classic Credit Card. This card is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, are U.S. residents and have an existing FSNB banking relationship for four months.

What to Expect
The application will take about 10 minutes to complete. You must print out the application and mail it to FSNB Credit Card Department. We require signatures on all applicants and co-applicants.

You must sign the Application before mailing it. If you have a Co-Applicant, he/she has to sign too.

If approved, it will take anywhere from 10 to 35 days to recieve your card.

Terms and Conditions

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) 16%
Annual Fee $20
Grace Period on Purchases (There is no grace period on Cash Advances) 25 days
Late Payment Fee 5% of past-due amount or $20.00, whichever is greater
Method of Computing the Balance for Purchases Average Daily Balance (including new purchases)
Minimum Payment 3.5% of outstanding balance, but not less than $15.00
Over the Limit Fee $10
