Question: When can I receive a Visa Check/ATM Card?
Answer: You can apply for a Visa Check/ATM Card after establishing a checking or savings account with FSNB.



Question: Can you tell me my PIN over the phone?
Answer: No. A signature is required for a PIN to be sent out. If customer picked the PIN then a new card and PIN must be issued.



Question: How do I get a new card?
Answer: With valid address, and customer remembers the PIN then a new card can be mailed out. If customer picked his or her own PIN then a letter or fax is required with a valid address and signature.



Question: Can I have more than one ATM card?
Answer: No. You are only allowed one ATM card per person on the account. If you have more than one account you are allowed to have an ATM card for each account. (savings or checking)



Question: Can I order an ATM card for my son or daughter?
Answer: Your name must be on the account to order an ATM card. If your name is not on the account, you can still get information on how to order a new card.
