FSNB CheckCard DISCLOSURE
Upon approval, your FSNB CheckCard will be sent to you. With the checkcard, you will be able to make checkless retail purchases at participating VISA merchants worldwide. We will charge your account for all purchases made with your card. You will also be able to obtain cash from your account(s) through ATM (Automated Teller Machines).
Types of Transactions available with your CheckCard:
1. The use of your card to purchase goods and services will constitute a simultaneous withdrawal from and /or
demand from, your primary account.
2. You may use your CheckCard to purchase up to $1,500 in goods and
services each day, as long as your available balance is sufficient to cover the aggregate of all purchases
and all prior purchases have posted to your account.
3. If you use your CheckCard and a dispute arises with the merchant, you agree to make a good faith
effort to resolve the dispute with the merchant. If you cannot resolve the dispute satisfactorily, we will,
at our discretion, assist you in your efforts to resolve the dispute. However, you are ultimately
responsible for reaching a solution.
4. When you use your CheckCard at a merchant that settles in currency other than US dollars, Visa will convert
the transaction into a US dollar amount. The currency conversion rate used to determine the transaction
amount in US dollars is either: 1) A rate selected by Visa from the range of rates available in wholesale currency
markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate Visa itself receives;
or 2) The government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date. In each instance,
a 1% International Service Assessment (ISA) will apply.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER ACCOUNTS, ATM, & CheckCard
The Electronic Fund Transfers we are capable of handling are indicated herein, some of which may not apply to your account. Please read this disclosure carefully because it tells you your rights and obligations for these transactions. You should keep this notice for future reference.

TYPES AND LIMITATIONS ON TRANSACTIONS
Preauthorized Transfers – We are equipped to:
1. Accept certain direct deposits to your checking and savings accounts
2. Pay certain recurring bills from your checking and savings accounts
3. Pay Electronic check conversion – Your check can result in an electronic funds transfer. For example:
* You can purchase goods or pay for services and authorize a merchant or service provider to convert your check into an electronic
funds transfer.
* At the time you offer a check to a merchant or service provider, you may be asked to authorize the merchant or service provider
to electronically collect a charge in the event the check is returned for insufficient funds. Paying such a fee electronically is an
an electronic funds transfer.
* Your authorization to make these types of electronic funds transfers may be expressed in writing or implied through the posting of a
sign.
* When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic
fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.
* When we use information from your check to make an electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as
soon as the same day we receive your payment.
Limitations on Frequency of Transfer:
There are no limits on the frequency or types of transactions.

NO ANNUAL FEE
Account Access – An access device (card and/or code) may be used:
1. Withdrawals of cash from your checking and savings accounts
2. Inquire about your checking and savings account balances
3. Make checkless retail purchases at participating Point-of-Sale (POS) merchants
4. Make deposits to your checking and savings accounts (at some machines)
5. Transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts (at some machines)
6. Access your Overdraft Protection
7. Pay bills directly by telephone from your account in the amounts and on the days you request

Limitations on your ATM and CheckCard Transactions:
1. Cash withdrawals are normally limited to $400 per business day ($1,000 per business day for CheckCard), per account. This is a security feature
to protect both you and FSNB in the event that someone attempts to use your Visa CheckCard without your
approval
2. As with any banking transaction, FSNB may limit the amount of withdrawal to currently collected
balances and all deposits are accepted on a provisional basis, subject to collection through normal
banking procedures
3. There are no limitations on transactions between your own accounts
4. We reserve the right to refuse cash withdrawals
5. You may not use your CheckCard for any illegal transactions including internet gambling transactions.

Visa CheckCard

Terminal Transfers

You can get a receipt at the time you make any transfer to or from your accounts
using one of our automated teller machines.

Point-of-Sale (POS) Transfers

If there is no electronic terminal, a receipt may not be granted and your
periodic statement may not disclose the terminal location

Direct Deposits

If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your account at least once every 60 days
from the same person or company, you can call us to find out if the deposit has been made.

Check Card
Transactions – You will receive the following information on a receipt: Amount of money; date of transaction; location of the merchant; and transaction number. Your FSNB account statement also indicates CheckCard transactions.

Visa CheckCard
Periodic Statement – You will receive a monthly account statement on your checking account(s). If the only transfers to or from your savings accounts are preauthorized deposits or withdrawals, you will get a quarterly statement from us. If you have any other type of electronic transaction, you will receive a monthly statement from us.

2. We do not charge for direct deposits to any type of account
3. There may be charges for unusual account activity

DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
We will not disclose information to third parties about your account or transfers made, except:
1. As necessary to complete the transfer;
2. To verify the existence and standing of your account with us upon request of a third party such as a merchant or
credit bureau;
3. To comply with court or governmental orders;
4. In accordance with your instructions or permission; and
5. As permitted by the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 (Public Law 95-630)

STOP PAYMENTS PROCEDURES AND NOTICE OF VARYING AMOUNTS
You cannot place a stop payment on any transaction made with your CheckCard. However, under limited circumstances, payment may be reversed which will incur a $15.00 fee.

UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERS
Telephone FSNB AT ONCE if your CheckCard or your PIN has been lost or stolen, or if you believe that an electronic funds transfer has been made without your permission using information from your check, then confirm your call with a letter to us. You could lose all your money in your account, plus your MAXIMUM Overdraft Protection line of credit.
1. If you notify us of the lost or stolen card within two business days, and someone uses your CheckCard
without your permission, your loss is limited to no more than $50.
2. If you DO NOT notify us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your CheckCard or
PIN, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your CheckCard or PIN without your
permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.
3. Please review your account statement carefully. If your statement shows CheckCard transfers that you did
not make, tell us AT ONCE. If you do not notify us within 60 days after the statement mailing date, you may not
be reimbursed for the transaction after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money
if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us,
we may extend the time period.

NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES
If your CheckCard or PIN has been lost or stolen, or if an unauthorized transfer has taken place, call or write:

You should also call or write to the address listed above if you believe a transfer has been made using the information from your check without your permission.

BANK’S LIABILITY
FSNB may be liable to you for all damages caused by our failure to make a transfer pursuant to your instructions except when:
1. Your account has insufficient collected funds;
2. The funds are subject to legal or other encumbrance;
3. The terminal has insufficient funds to complete the transfer;
4. Federal Reserve Board, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), or state banking regulations might
prohibit such transfers.
5. The transfer would go over the credit limit of your overdraft line.
FSNB may be liable for damage where we failed to properly credit deposits, and where we failed to stop payment of an item, subject to our normal policies and procedures. However, under no circumstances shall FSNB be liable for damages where the error or failure is a result of an Act of God, and we exercised due care, or where a technical or mechanical malfunction was known to the customer. Also, in the case of any error malfunction which was not intentional on the part of FSNB and resulted in good-faith error, our liability is limited only to actual damages proved.

ERROR RESOLUTION
In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers: Call or write to us as soon as you can at the number and address shown in the “Notification Procedures” section, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer. You must notify FSNB of any errors no later than sixty (60) days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.
1. Tell us your name, account number (if any), and the date the error occurred.
2. Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an
error or why you need more information.
3. Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error.
4. If you believe the error is an unauthorized charge, list any person to whom you have given authority in the past to
access your account and any person you believe may have had access to your CheckCard or PIN without
your authority.

If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days. If we are not able to make a final determination regarding the matter within ten (10) business days of receipt of your notice, and your notice was received by us in a timely and proper manner, we shall “provisionally” recredit your account for the amount of the alleged error, plus any interest earned on that amount pending conclusion of our investigation. If we ask you to put your question or complaint in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not recredit your account. During our investigation of an alleged error, we may restrict any or all use of your CheckCard.
We shall in any event conclude our investigation and make a determination regarding the error you alleged within 45 days (90 days in the case of a transfer resulting from a point-of-sale CheckCard transaction, or a transfer initiated outside the United States, or within 90 days after the first deposit to the account was made) of receipt of your notice in proper form. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will provide you with a written report of our findings within three (3) days after such determination.
If we determine an error did occur, we shall promptly correct the error. If we determine that an error did not occur, we will notify you in writing that any funds and interest provisionally recredited to your account will be reversed. This withdrawal from your account will take place five (5) days from the transmittal of this notification, which will specify the exact date the withdrawal will occur and the amount of the withdrawal. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.
We are not obligated to reissue any CheckCard or PIN that has been lost or stolen.
